Gnana Ananya Desireddi
President/Founder
Ananya Desireddi is a junior at Fairview High School with a strong passion for science, healthcare, and community service. She is currently conducting research under the mentorship of a UCI faculty member, studying the effectiveness of transcranial magnetic stimulation in treating trichotillomania. Ananya is the Founder and President of One Community, a volunteer organization that connects students with senior citizens, and serves as Chapter President of Erie Medical Minds. As a PennDOT Ambassador, she advocates for environmental sustainability and was awarded the Governor’s Award for Environmental Excellence. She also excels in Model United Nations, earning multiple awards, and enjoys playing Indian classical piano and teaching yoga to young girls
Ayush Bharath
President of Education
Ayush Bharath is a sophomore at Northwest Pennsylvania Collegiate Academy with a 4.0 GPA. He is passionate about the intersection of medicine, education, and technology and strives to make healthcare knowledge more accessible to students. As a co-founder of NextGen Health, he leads a team in publishing high-quality resources that help high school students explore careers in medicine, bridging the gap between aspiring professionals and the medical field. Beyond his work with NextGen Health, Ayush is skilled in organization, publishing, and technology, using these strengths to drive meaningful projects forward. He enjoys leveraging digital platforms to share knowledge, streamline information, and create opportunities for student engagement.
Asheen Udgiri
President of Fundraising
Asheen Udgiri is a junior at Northwestern Collegiate Academy with a passion for leadership, service, and community impact. She serves as Vice President and Fundraising President of Hear Erie’s Youth and Class President. Appointed as a Commissioner for Pennsylvania's Next Generation, she advocates for youth engagement statewide. As Erie’s American Heart Association Teen of Impact, Asheen launched Mission AED to expand access to life-saving defibrillators in Erie. Through the Nation of Lifesavers, she is working to ensure AEDs are always within reach when needed most.

She is keen on health advocacy and is currently a legislative ambassador for the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network; striving to bring cancer issues to light to lawmakers.
